What do you like to do when you’re not working?
Cooking and eating with my loved ones.

An embarrassing moment or moment of failure in your STEM career or academic experience?
My list of goals is always longer than the time I have to reach them and my ambitions are always grander than the means I have to achieve them. This is intentional and by design. I set the bar out of my reach and revisit these goals several times throughout the year. In this practice, I appreciate my failure while at the same time celebrating how far I got. Once the assessment is complete, new impossible goals are set and the marathon continues.

Do you have a personal motto or other words to live by?
“Trust the Process”
