Mrunal Gangrade

Vice President of Engineering at JPMorgan Chase

Bachelors in Computer Engineering

I am a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase, where I work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity innovation. My focus is on designing advanced, data-driven solutions that improve security, efficiency, and trust in highly regulated industries. Alongside my corporate role, I’ve co-authored research published in IEEE journals and shared my insights as a speaker at international conferences on AI, governance, and ethical innovation.

Beyond my professional work, I am passionate about mentoring and supporting women and underrepresented groups in STEM. I enjoy serving as a hackathon judge, peer reviewer for conferences, and mentor to students and early-career professionals. For me, success is not only about driving innovation but also about helping others grow with confidence and purpose.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading and traveling, both of which keep me curious and inspired as I continue building my journey in technology and mentorship.
