Hailey is a program analyst at Medtronic, currently coordinating product markings to align with 2021 UK Conformity Assessed regulatory standards. Before Medtronic, Hailey played an active role at 2M Research as a research assistant and, during her undergrad, helped grow a small start-up dental lab, Cadmus Dental.

What are your passions and hobbies?

I enjoy creating. I created social media content for various small businesses and dabbled in a personal podcasts series.
