What are you most proud of in your work or life?

Getting to where I am by being collaborative instead of taking from otheI’m most proud of the moments I witness my mentees achieve breakthroughs and reach milestones they once thought were impossible. Whether it’s seeing a student land their dream internship, overcome a technical challenge, or simply gain the confidence to speak up in class, their growth is incredibly rewarding.

The impact of mentorship extends far beyond just technical skills. It’s about helping individuals discover their strengths, navigate uncertainties, and believe in themselves. Knowing I’ve played a small part in someone’s journey towards a fulfilling career is what makes my work deeply meaningful.

What are your passions and hobbies?

I find ways to both relax and challenge myself. I’m an avid gamer, unwinding with titles like Overwatch 2 on my Xbox. I also enjoy the strategic challenge of chess, even though my skills still need sharpening (feel free to add me as a friend – username ajaygee!).

My family life is a joyful whirlwind. I have three children who keep me active and inspired. While I miss playing golf, I hope to get back on the course this year.
