Hi there! My name is Kelly, and I’m passionate about the field of learning and development. I studied psychology at UT Arlington, where I became fascinated about organizational psychology and how people learn. In my current profession, I work as an instructional designer, where I get to design and craft learning experiences for others to ensure they thrive in their respective jobs. I enjoy bringing creativity and collaboration into my work, and outside of that, you will likely find me spending time with family, baking, or playing pickleball! I’m always excited to learn, grow, and connect with others!
