A letter from the executive Director

Dear NSTMF Community,

Happy New Year! This year has already begun with tremendous energy and excitement at the NSTMF as we celebrated the newest class of National Medal of Science and National Medal of Technology and Innovation Laureates on January 3, 2025. This momentous occasion marks the start of an inspiring year filled with new opportunities to advance our mission and make a lasting impact.

As we move into 2025, our focus remains steadfast: delivering high-quality programming that increases retention of underrepresented groups in STEM fields, empowers diverse STEM talent, and creates meaningful connections between today’s trailblazers and tomorrow’s innovators.

This vital mission is made possible by you—our extraordinary community. Your unwavering commitment and belief in our mission form the foundation of everything we do. Thank you for your trust, partnership, and dedication to fostering diversity and excellence in STEM.

Here’s to a year of growth, collaboration, and impact.
