Allison oversees all aspects of the NSTMF’s work in building a more diverse and inclusive STEM community in service of an equitable future.
Responsibilities include the creation and execution of NSTMF’s fundraising plan, management of five full-time team members, coordination and leadership of quarterly board meetings, and advisement and determination of the NSTMF’s broader goals and direction.
