Which has been more valuable in your career, your education or your experience?

“In my career, my experience has been more critical than formal education, in fact, I am often required to self-learn and up–skill because of the sheer amount of changes that occur in technology year over year. Understanding how to learn independently and how to create an environment that encourages learning at its foundation by leading in learning and challenging myself to pursue new, relevant information has been foundational in my professional development– there is nothing I cannot learn.”
