Hi, my name is Carlos Waddle and I’m a biotech professional as a Research Associate II In Vivo Pharmacology at Signify Bio.  I graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology (2023) from The University of Texas at Arlington. I am currently pursuing an M.S. in Biological Sciences from East Texas A&M University.  Signify Bio is a biotechnology company transforming the development of in situ protein therapeutics by leveraging the human body’s natural ability to produce proteins. I am most proud of my growth as not only a researcher and leader, but as an individual through my experiences.

What are your passions and hobbies?

I am passionate about science and providing new opportunities to those interested in pursuing a career in STEM. My hobbies are reading non-fiction science books, trying new coffee shops in the DFW, and spending time with my friends.

Do you have a personal motto or other words to live by?

Failure may feel like a loss, however, failure helps cultivate and assists in the growth of a better individual through constant learning.

coffee flavored gelato (I’m addicted to coffee anything).
