Dr. Pengcheng Xiao is an Associate Professor with Tenure in Mathematics in the College of Science and Mathematics at Kennesaw State University. He earned his Ph.D. degree from the Mathematics Department at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2015. Dr. Xiao received his B.E. degree in Computer Information from China University of Mining and Technology in 2009 and his M.S. degree in 2011 in Mathematics from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. His research interests include computational neuroscience, mathematics biology modeling, and machine learning. In addition, Dr. Xiao enjoys driving, hiking, basketball, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
